The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless, and the WiFi connection was fantastic. , the location was perfect, so I was able to shop and explore the city center easily. the room service was available at all times, so I didn't have to worry about my meals during my stay.
The restaurant was not well-stocked, so I had to go to an outside restaurant for meals. However, it wasn't a major drawback since the hotel is situated near several excellent restaurants.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was situated in the heart of the city and close to the main shopping area. the rooms were clean and tidy, offering a comfortable stay. the hotel staff were always smiling and helpful, providing excellent service. the WiFi and room service were superb, available 24/7.
The hotel's restaurant had just opened and had less options with room for improvement in terms of taste.

Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was worth every penny. the room was great, clean and comfortable. the staff was amazing, always smiling and helpful. the location was perfect, close to the city center and the main shopping area. the WiFi was fast, which was great to upload all the pictures from the night. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel had a great gym, which was perfect to burn off all the extra calories from the holiday.
That the restaurant was not offering many options, but there are several great restaurants nearby so it wasn't much of an issue. the hotel could use better soundproofing, as we could sometimes hear noises from the hallway or other rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the lobby was well-maintained. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They were helpful and made sure that all our needs were taken care of. The hotel had excellent facilities, including superb WiFi and 24/7 room service. Additionally, its location was perfect, as it was situated in a quiet area at the heart of the city, and we were able to easily access the main shopping area.
Nothing, all excellent.
